Curtiss-Wright has been award a contract worth $20 million (£14 million) to provide components for Claverham's helicopters.
The 15-year deal will see the firm provide fly-by-wire control systems for the main and tail rotors of the Sikorsky UH-60M Upgrade and CH-53K helicopters.
Martin R Benante, chairman and chief executive officer of Curtiss-Wright, said: "These are critical components and this selection demonstrates our continued leadership in the design of aerospace sensors and systems."
The company is proud to supply its components for use in this project, he added.
Better know as Black Hawks, the UH-60M helicopter has become an important part of the US army's command and control system, providing officers with real time digital situational awareness.
Recently, it was revealed that Boeing is set to bid for an Indian helicopter contract when it is put out to tender again.
The deal will be for 22 attack choppers and at least a dozen heavy-lifting craft.
