Cobham Mission Equipment is the market leader for Air to Air Refuelling, providing innovative fourth generation nose to tail solutions to defence customers around the world. This aerial refuelling capability spans the integration of avionics equipment into tanker aircraft cockpits, through to the refuelling probes in receiver aircraft. The NH90 Helicopter programme is managed by NHIndustries - a Joint Venture company owned by AgustaWestland (Agusta Spa 32%), Eurocopter (France 31.25% and Germany 31.25%) and Fokker (Fokker Aerospace B.V 5.5%). Originating from a NATO requirement, the NH90 was developed by France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands to satisfy their respective future military helicopter needs. The Tactical Transport Helicopter (TTH) variant can to carry up to 20 troops with equipment. It performs a wide range of missions by day and night and in adverse environments. Its primary missions are transport, utility and search and rescue. The NATO Frigate Helicopter (NFH) variant is designed as a multi-role maritime mission system. It performs anti-submarine warfare (ASuW), anti-surface warfare (ASW) and search and rescue. It features a multi-function radar, a complete EO/IR suite and a modern self-defence system. Both variants feature a fully composite airframe, fly by wire and a fully integrated weapon system. The NH90 is already in-service with a number of armed services. The programme has firm orders to-date of 529 units for 14 countries.

NHIndustries provides the focal point for the NH90 programme on behalf of the shareholding companies. It provides programme and contract management, continued design and airworthiness functions, integrated logistic support and marketing and bid functions.
